Review: Australis Duo "Sunkissed Glimmer"

Packaging i find the packaging rather cute, but kind of cheep looking. black and pink are my favourite colours, so thats a bonus for me.
Quality the thing i dont like about this product is the brush that it comes with. i mean its considerate of the company to add a brush, but its useless, and ends up in a streaky result. so i just use two of my own separate brushes :) but other than that, the highlight and contour are quite good quality!
Price about $10 - $15
My Opinion considering the price, its very good value for money!! i love the contour alot, but the high light seems to pink for my skin, and its hard to blend them properly together which looks fine in normal light, but if youre out in the sun you can see a line, but its not all that noticeable!! overall, i love it :) basically.

inglot palette haul

i haven't been to keen on inglot makeup because i purchased their pressed powder and first the mua colour matched me completely wrong, but i returned it and got a more suited colour, but it oxidizes really badly with my skin. also, their lighter shadows (the $20 ones, not the ones from the palettes) are so sheer. however, their darker $20 e/s are beautiful, so i decided to check the selection out once again with my friend :) i ended up with two gorgeous palettes !!

the first is an eyeshadow palette,
i went for 10 square e/s for only $85 (thats $8.50 for an excellent quality e/s).
my opinion: love all these colours!! they are so beautiful, and the texture is indescribable!! the packaging is very cute also :) the palettes are magnetic. im definitely heading back there for another 10 palette, hopefully one day i'll have all the colours!! ohhh, but there is a con: the $20 single e/s and the palette e/s aren't the same!! so if you fall in love with a colour from the single e/s range, you might not be able to match it with a palette eyeshadow!

the second palette i chose was a blush palette,
you can choose 4 blushes from a huuuuge selection of bronzers, blushes, highlighters, etc. for only $60.
my opinion: you can see that the hot pink on the left is quite matte, but the other three do have large chunks of shimmer, which is beautiful!! i love all the 4 colours, the one second from left is a peachy/corally colour, likewirse the one second from right, and the one on the right is a very baby doll pink (i liken it to MACs "well dressed"). cons: when i brush my blusher brush over any of these colours quite alot of powder forms, so i dont think they will last very long  !! but only time will tell :) my next inglot blush palette will be a mixture of bronzers and high lighters.

instead of explaining the inglot "freedom" system, i just got a pamphlet from the store and took photos of it for you all :) i definitely recommend these palettes, as theyre great quality and affordable!

new clothes from today :)

just posting this, not because i think these items are heaps interesting, but because i want to blog, but i just cannot be bothered posting my face of the day just yet !! its coming soon though :)
from top: supre skirt $45 (love this, except the elastic waist band may be a tad bit tacky, but ive seen it on other skirts in other shops sooo, maybe its like in or something? dunno), bardot dress $59.95 (i dont overly love this, its just something easy to throw on or whatever.. i need to get it taken up, because it stops at just above the knees, and because im 160cm, i like things short), green valley girl crop tee $9.95 (sooo cheap! and is actually quite flattering!) with bardot scarf $29.95 (i don't usually buy scarfs?), pinky/nudey/peachy valley girl crop tee $9.95 (gorgeously flattering colour), playboy bra $64.99 (wouldn't say playboy bras are the classiest, but they're the only bras that fit nicely that are an 8D!!! apparently something like 80% of the support from bras come from the band, not the straps, so i need an 8, or else the back just rides up!!)

creme d'nude (back to mac) + red earth haul

ive been able to empty seven mac products! i get through mac foundations (powders and liquids), "boy bait" cremesheen glosses, and their "soft and gentle" skin finishes pretty quickly! but things like eye shadows, blushes, and lipsticks i usually take my time!

this is what i traded in:
and this is what i received through the "back to mac" promotion (six empty mac containers = free lipstick) ... uhhh, so i dont actually have a picture of just the new creme d'nude picture, but below is a picture comparing "myth"(closest to front) and "creme d'nude"(behind).
here are some swatches of "creme d'nude"(left/top) and "myth"(right/bottom). i prefer creme d'nude, hands down :)
and here is what i got from priceline from the red earth clearance/sale:
oh, and the mac "creme d'nude" lipstick is obviously there also haha.

the three eyeshadows i purchased were (clockwise from top left) burnt caramel(friken gorgeous colour), stormy night (used this today in my FOTD, post up soon :).) and iced brownieeeee - this eyeshadow was broken, and because it was sealed i didnt know that it was broken. i opened it on the way home and was like sdchjbvuirebuieqb. and went back to priceline, and they said cos it was clearance it meant i couldnt return it or even exchange! ffs.

i really wish i could do a post that didnt involve me complaining about shitty customer service! i am dooooomed.

oh, and they were $5 each, EXCEPT for the iced brownie! which was $10 - lucky me, the broken one was twice as much as the not broken eyeshadow! haha

anyways, i bought an eyebrow kit, my first ever eyebrow kit! i dont even have an eyebrow pencil, i have like tweezers, but thats about it :) its in blonde, and it was like $25+ or something? but i got it for $18. it has two colours, i use the darker one, and an eyebrow "Setting wax". so far, i like it :)
there isn't like a before or after, but here's me quickly just using the eyebrow kit :) its my first time, and i know it's a messy job, but i really like the way they turned out! hopefully i get the knack of it pretty quickly :)
ive never taken pictures of my eyebrows? before so yeah didn't know which angles were most flattering hahaha and except for mascara, not wearing any makeup! ewww. ahh haha
